Flavours Of River
We cant imagine Kolkata without river Ganga and the original flavours of Ganga are the fishermen, who wander across in search of fishes - Tangra, Mourala, prawns, and above all our favourite Hilsa or Ilish. Whenever I roam on Ganga or stand on the bank to watch sunset, I always observe their boats, their activities - cooking, making nets... -- A. B.
