Theme Durga Puja 2013 Of Shib Mandir

'শক্তিপুঞ্জ' is the theme of Shib Mandir Durga puja. Theme-maker
Subrata Bandyopadhyay is creating it to make solve the mystery of
power. And various handicrafts are being discovered by doing so.
Insulation pipe of AC, Baj pakhi on sunpack and net of wire,
fairy, phoolkari kolka. Debi is 'প্রকৃতিরূপেণ সংস্থিতা' here. That
means, debi is in the Nature, in all the living creatures. And this
this theme is being depicted here by the colourful 'আলপনা' - art work
by hand. The Nature is being enriched here by the power of sun. We get
all the varieties of Nature owing to difference of distance of earth
and sun throughout the year. Handicrafts of this puja pandal will tell
this truth to the visitors.
