Durga Puja Of Singhi Park & Adi Ballygunge Sarbojanin

Singhi Park & Adi Ballygunge Sarbojanin - counted among the oldest
puja of south Kolkata. This year, Singhi Park is creating the red
temple of Govindji at Brindaban of north India. It is one of the
famous temple among the seven temples of Brindaban. Raja Maan Singh,
in the year 1590, built this unique temple of Lord Krishna by the red
sand stones, on the land gifted by emperor Akbar. So, puja pandal of
Singhi Park would be a replica of red temple. Sand and plywood are
being used to implement the red temple properly.

Products of jute would be the ingredients to make puja pandal of Adi
Ballygunge Sarbojanin. Once upon a time, this puja was the best of
south Kolkata. But now, many old residents left the area and so, it is
difficult to make it a huge success due to paucity of fund. Still,
this puja would be a different, owing to some reasons. Jute and clay
would be the main elements to use.

Clay artist of Krishna Nagar - Subal Chandra Paul has created the
idol of Adi Ballygunge Sarbojanin. Hence, the viewers will witness
different type of idol of debi Durga here.

Both of the pujas will be beautified by the famous lighting of Chandannagar.
