Durga Puja 2013 Of Chaltabagan Lohapatty

108 blue lotuses once served by Sri Ramchandra to goddess Durga during 'Akal Bodhan'. That flower Padma (Lotus) is the theme of this year's Durga Puja of Chaltabagan Loha Patty. A gigantic lotus of about 80 feet long and 35 feet wide is the main pandal of this puja committee.  They came up with a huge pandal at their place. The goddesses idol was simple but elegant. Theme artist Sutanu Maity has created the art work by innovative ideas. The clay artist of this beautiful idol is Badal Chandra Pal.

Thank you so much Mr. Asim Kumar for your positive response. Durga Puja now a days are becoming a serious art platform for so many artists in and around our city. So the authorship of the artworks for artists are becoming very important along with the club committees. The documentations that you've done is really excellent and needs to be done in a much broader scale from now on. Thank you.
